Common questions

Do I need planning permission or building regulations approval?

It depends on the type and size of the work and on where the property is. Some projects need planning permission, and most structural, electrical, plumbing and heating work needs to meet building regulations. Simon can talk through what applies to your project in the first conversation, and your local council is the final authority.

Can you handle the whole project, or just one part?

Either. SKR Developments covers building, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and finishing, so one team can manage a full project. You can also ask about a single job such as a kitchen or bathroom.

What information should I have ready before I get in touch?

A rough idea of what you want, the property address or area, a few photos if you have them, and when you would like the work done. If you do not have all of this, just call and talk it through.

How do I get a price?
